Running Inventory

Minimum disaster necessities as recommended by the American Red Cross:

• [ ] Copies of personal documents (proof of address, home mortgage information, passports, birth certificates, insurance policies)
• [ ] Paper map(s) of the local area
• [ ] Medications (7-day supply)

Consider the needs of all family members and add supplies to your kit:

• Pet supplies (collar, leash, ID, food, carrier, bowl)
• Games, books and other activities to pass the time
• [ ] Extra set of car keys and house keys
• [ ] Manual can opener
